2 Our 'Giftize™' Fee is normally $39 but can be higher in certain cases such as 1) custom orders 2) where transfer agents charge additional fees such as with Dale Jarrett, Willamette Valley Vineyards, iRobot, and Smith & Wesson, Disney and 3) where the price must be higher to comply with the SEC requirements (the SEC requires that our price be 2x the market price of the stock) - this requirement normally impacts Cardboard Protector Frame order pricing where the underlying stock price is greater than $45.
