The shareholder also gets the authentic registered stock certificate (except for Facebook, Apple and Microsoft – these companies do not issue paper certificates so we provide a realistic replica certificate instead and the companies provide a statement proving ownership). To comply with rules established by the Securities and Exchange Commission, we sell only one share stock certificates. For example, we can sell five 1-share certificates, but not one 5-share certificate.
You can purchase additional certificates on the same order, as long as they are all being shipped to the same address. Simply hit the Continue Shopping button on the order review page. Ordering is easy. You´ll need to provide the shareholder’s name and address, your billing information, and the address you want it shipped to.
If the shareholder is under 18, we´ll need the name of one adult custodian as well. For most companies we do NOT require a social security number. Delivery times are paced by the stock registration process. You can expect delivery of the registered share within 3 - 7 weeks.
We understand that you may be in more of a hurry, so we offer various options to enable you to have something to give sooner. You can take advantage of our 2 Part Delivery, print a Gift Note from our website, and/or simply arrange for a faster mode of shipment. If you need any assistance, contact us about your gift deadlines and we can help you determine the right course of action. With 2 Part Delivery, we ship your order in two parts:
1) The first part, consists of your entire order except that instead of the actual registered share of stock, we frame a realistic color copy. This part leaves our Arizona facility within days of your order - delivery time is dependent on the shipping method you select.
2) Then, when the registration process is complete, the shareholder receives the actual registered stock certificate (Facebook, Apple, and Microsoft do not issue paper certificates so the recipient gets a DRS statement in lieu) with instructions on how to replace it in the frame.
Get more info by selecting Options/2 Part Delivery from the main header. To print a gift note, click on options (in the top border of our website), then click on Gift Notes. This will bring you to a screen where you can select the stock you are giving.
After you have selected the stock, then click Create Gift Note, and type in the information requested. Just use the print button on your browser to print the page.
Our Gift Notes are intended to fit a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. It is best printed on card stock or photo quality paper using a color printer. It is possible for the company, to send out shareholder information to the new shareholder as early as 1 1/2 weeks from the order date.
If you want to keep your gift a surprise, you should choose 2 Part Delivery when you place your order, and provide a date that the gift will be given. We will hold off on beginning the stock registration process until shortly before the gift date so that no shareholder mail is sent to the new shareholder before you have given the gift.
