Provide Billing, Shipping and Credit Card Info
Enter the BILL TO name and address. Please be sure that the name and address are the same as what is on your credit card to avoid a decline. On the next screen you enter 'SHIP TO' information (just check the box if it is the same as the BILL TO address).
We use UPS and USPS real-time lookup to calculate actual shipping costs. If you have a special shipping need, please provide information in the special comments section and make sure you have provided a contact number in case we have questions.
