If you have questions about your share(s), two sources for answers are your company's Investor Relations department (see your company's website) or their Transfer Agent.  Companies typically use a Transfer Agent to handle their shareholder administration such as getting Tax ID numbers or handling change of addresses or lost certificates.  Some of the transfer agent allow you to set up account access via the internet.  As a courtesy, we have provided some pertinent links to most of the transfer agents below:
