SpaceX Share Registration: Getting Access to Your Account

Once your SpaceX share registration is complete, you'll receive a letter in the mail from Fidelity Stock Transfer, SpaceX's transfer agent. This letter confirms that your share is officially registered in your name.

Once you receive your letter, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact Fidelity Stock Transfer
    Call (833) 500-1036 or email [email protected].
  2. Tell them you received a SpaceX share as a gift through GiveAshare
    Let them know you received your letter and would like to complete the verification process and get access to your account.
  3. Complete the verification form
    Fidelity will send you a secure form through DocuSign. Fill it out with the personal information they request to verify your identity.

That's it! Fidelity will guide you through the rest of the process.

Please do not send your Social Security number, tax forms, or identification documents to GiveAshare. Provide this information only to Fidelity Stock Transfer using the secure instructions they give you.

Yes. If you already have a Fidelity brokerage account, Fidelity Stock Transfer still needs you to complete their verification process so your Fidelity Stock Transfer account can be linked to your existing Fidelity profile.

Yes. The process is the same for international shareholders. Once you receive your letter, contact Fidelity Stock Transfer at (833) 500-1036 or [email protected] and let them know you received a SpaceX share as a gift through GiveAshare.

Fidelity will guide you through the verification process. Depending on where you live, they may request different identification or tax information.

If it has been more than seven weeks from the time of purchase and you haven't received a letter from Fidelity Stock Transfer, please contact GiveAshare.

If the registration is complete, we can request a new letter be sent on your behalf by Fidelity Stock Transfer.

No. Once the share registration is complete, Fidelity Stock Transfer maintains the official shareholder account. GiveAshare cannot log in to your Fidelity account, upload documents, or make account changes on your behalf.
