Credit Card Information

We use secure servers to protect your personal and credit card information. All pages on GiveAshare.com are in a secure environment as evidenced by either a solid key, closed lock, or "https" depending on the browser you are using. These servers are protected and encrypt information using 128-bit SSL technology. To show that we are committed to security, we utilize Authorize.Net as our payment gateway so your credit card information is entered directly into Authorize.Net's secure servers. Our website identity and secure certificate is provided by a certificate authority which can be confirmed by clicking on your browser's lock.

Other Information

We have strict internal policies regarding the use of customer information. We collect personal information that is necessary to process and fulfill orders.  We collect your contact information to ensure that we can communicate as necessary throughout the delivery process. We also collect personal information that is required by the transfer agent to legally register the stock.  In some cases, this includes Social Security Number which is used solely for the purpose of registering the stock and then is deleted/destroyed.  We do not collect or store SSNo on our web servers.  All information is handled by a limited number of trained employees solely to process the order. 

We do use cookies to track website traffic patterns for the purposes of improving our website and to understand the source of our traffic. We will occasionally send out newsletters about new products or discount offers. Log Files

We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and is a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
