During the order process, as you select options, we show you the estimated ship date as well as options to get it faster. This is shown on every page during checkout and on your order confirmation. In addition, the order confirmation tells you how you can log in at any time to get a status. As a reminder, you had the item shipped to the recipient’s address and not your address. The Harley certificate was shipped on 12/4 within the timeframe provided to you at the time of the order.
