We got our first dividend check from Apple Inc. today!

It’s the first dividend payment since 1995 – the pre ipod, ipad, iphone days.

It was just yesterday that Apple Inc.’s stock price set a record high enabling Apple to set a record for the most valuable company ever in the U.S. It only makes sense that this behemoth pays out some of its cash hoard to shareholders.

Now, we’d love to see a 10 for one stock split so we could offer our customers shares of Apple stock at a much lower price. There have been rumors that a split is being considering but nothing concrete.
