How it Works
If you choose One Share with Stock Certificate, your stock gift comes in two parts:
Personalized Replica Stock Certificate
- Ships from our Arizona facility within two business days
- Custom-framed per your order: Keepsake Folder or Premium Frame with plaque
- Delivered to the shipping address you provide
Shareholder Ownership Document
- Arrives in 3–7 weeks, once legal registration is complete
- Sent directly to the Shareholder’s address
- Includes one of the following:
- A registered stock certificate (if available and selected), or
- A Direct Registration System (DRS) account statement

- Not all companies issue physical registered stock certificates. If available (see list), you may choose to receive one. Otherwise, the recipient will receive an official ownership statement from the company's transfer agent (see example).
- Shareholder status, along with all related rights and benefits, begins once registration is complete.
If you choose Stock Certificate Only, you’ll receive just the 1st Part — the personalized replica stock certificate that can reference ownership held in a brokerage or other investment account.

Our Stock Certificate Only products do not result in actual ownership. We recommend this option for those who already hold shares in a brokerage or other account.

- The 1st part (personalized replica certificate in your frame choice) leaves our Arizona facility within two business days. Give this on the occasion.
- The 2nd part (either registered certificate or DRS statement) takes 3-7 weeks and is sent to the shareholder address.
If you order a Stock Certificate Only, your personalized replica certificate leaves our Arizona facility within two business days. This option does not include a second part.

Ordering is a breeze and takes 1-2 minutes. We only need the shareholder's name and adddress, your option selections, and your billing/shipping info.
If you order One Share with Stock Certificate, we ship out the 1st part within two business days. This is what people typically give to the recipient as a gift. Then we start the legal stock registration process which can take 3-7 weeks. When registration is complete, the ownership document is sent directly to the shareholder because the gift has normally been given at that time.
If you order a Stock Certificate Only, we ship your order in two business days or less.
Absolutely! That's why we have the Stock Certificate Only option. This allows shareholders to transfrom stock owned in a brokerage account, index fund, retirement account, education account, into a physical keepsake to showcase your ownership.
